Chris Zock
CO-CEO AND MANAGING PARTNER
Chris Zock joined Sandbox Industries in 2014. He is co-CEO and a Managing Partner of Sandbox Industries and leads the Insurtech fund team. Chris is a member of the Board of Directors for Workit Health, Indico, and Verituity. He also serves as a Board Observer of Data Dimensions, Rollick, Confianza, and Intellivo.
Chris focuses on leading the firm’s investment initiatives across both Sandbox Insurtech Ventures and the Blue Venture Funds, overseeing portfolio company engagement and board involvement.
Prior to joining Sandbox, Chris held financial and operational roles at Amazing Food Creations and its successor companies. He also gained investment and operational experience at a family office focused on residential real estate.
Chris holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his family and is an avid fan of Formula 1.
