GENERAL COUNSEL
Kin Gill joined Sandbox Industries in 2026 as General Counsel. He is responsible for all legal, compliance, and governance matters across the firm. Prior to joining Sandbox, Kin served as Chief Legal Officer at each of Auctane, Upland Software, and Bazaarvoice, where he led complex M&A transactions, capital markets deals, and enterprise governance initiatives.
Kin holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and an M.B.A. and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He lives in Austin, Texas, and enjoys college football, gardening, trying to stay fit and spending time with his family in the Texas Hill Country.
